Psalms 1:1
1 Blessed is a man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers.2 But he delights in the Law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. 3 He is like a tree planted by the streams of water which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.

The service started at 9:30 am with Pastor Resper Kananu the wife of Pastor Evans Gichana. She directed the message to the youths who were many at that time. She started encouraging them by telling them to be strong in serving God because He will never forsake them. She gave her testimony on how she started praying for her companion from the age of 19. God answered that prayer when she was 25 years old.

If the youth stand and ask god for anything god will give it to them. She said that the enemy is targeting young people to deviate them from their destination. Youths are supposed to be prayerful, and must pray for their spouses. Youths must fear sin, know who their associates are and should read the bible always. Bodies are used by the devil because they are like flowers when you look at them they look gorgeous.
Many servants of God in the bible and in the world fall because of women. Brother and sisters be careful because devil is not asleep. The devil has been in battle for many years, how can we overcome him is it not by prayers, fellowship and reading bible a lot? The truth you know shall set you free.


PRAISE AND WORSHIP
Pastor called the praise and worship. They sang wonderfully and praised God for almost 20 minutes and then pastor Evans prayed for them. Pastor also invited the Sunday school who sang and said memory verses. After that they were sent to their sandy school church class.

Pastor and entire church request you to pray for the Sunday school for God to use them mightily. We again request you to pray for our youths because the enemy is targeting them. Please remember our single parents it is not an easy work to raise children single-handed. Also pray for the family. If the devil can manage to kill the family he would have managed to kill the church.


MAIN SERVICE
Judges 2:6-10

7 So the people served the LORD all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders who outlived Joshua, who had seen all the great works of the LORD which He had done for Israel.
8 Now Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died when he was one hundred and ten years old. 9 And they buried him within the border of his inheritance at Timnath Heres, in the mountains of Ephraim, on the north side of Mount Gaash.
10 When all that generation had been gathered to their fathers, another generation arose after them who did not know the LORD nor the work which He had done for Israel.

Pastor started by telling everyone to lift their bibles up. He asked everyone to declare blessing in his or her life. Lifting of bibles makes those ones who don’t carry their bibles to church to carry them. Those who don’t carry their bibles are like someone who goes to dig in his farm without a hoe. Pastor encouraged people to carry their bibles and a note book to write points so as when they go to their homes they can start meditating on what they were taught in the church. Pastor said that these days people fear to carry their bibles openly. Pastor also started encouraging the youth by telling them that starting 22nd august 2010 in the morning the youth shall be having youth service. He told youths to go and invite their friends.

He also asked the parents not to fear telling the youths the truth about life. He therefore asked the youth to flee from fornication till they get married. It has been proven that a number of youth exercise sex in their early childhood. Most youth have more than five opposite sex friend of whom they have slept with.
Pastor said if we involve God in what we are doing we shall have what we need. He added that the reason why we ear of many broken marriages and many divorces is because youth enter into marriage when they are still very young. They also don’t get enough counseling.

Most of the time youth enter into the marriage blindly. Since they are not used with that kind of life when conflicts come they don’t understand one another that make them to divorce. Pastor told the youths that if they get married to Mr. Right. They will have an Heaven on Earth; if they get married to the wrong person they will have a hell on earth. If we abide in the lord and He will abide in us we shall eat the best of the land.

He also said that there are many families whereby husband and wife don't talk to each other whereas they live in the same house. Their only means of communication is writing text massages and scripts which are left on the table for the spouse to read and know what the colleague meant. Bear in mind all these stuffs are brought in by the devil. So we must be careful because when the devil comes like a flood the spirit of the God will rise up our standard. He told the youth to get the vision of the church and move together with it. A vision will take many people to many places. He also added that since Muslim pray five times a day we as God’s children we must lead with an example.

He urged youths to protect and keep themselves Holy. He told them if they messed themselves and got children, it is high time they start asking God to give them grace to start a secondary virginity. He said that the enemy is using sex to capture the minds of many. He said many youths mix God up, they start staying together they give birth three kinds and there after the man tells her,’ I don’t need you any more.’’ that young man goes to pastor and tells him to pray together with him because God has blessed him with someone that he will marry.

Before they go with prayer the brother takes that lady to the house within a moment they end up fornicating and after that the young man runs away. The man ends up not marring the girl because he has tasted unripe fruit. The girl continues on experiencing the same misfortune on and on and at the long run the lady runs away from the church and get married to unsaved person. On the process she gives birth to 3 kinds and thereafter the man tells her I don’ need you again. So someone ruins he life like that. Pastor finished with the word of prayer.
